Representatives to represent a new technology that will revolutionize the spray paint industry. The
company has provided quality equipment and impeccable service to the refinish industry since 1991.
The corporate office is situated on 10 acres in Lafayette, Louisiana which makes it is well
positioned geographically for distributing its goods, and services.
Haydell Industries is the innovator of the Nitrogen Technology. This technology is one of the
most exciting technologies to present itself to the finishing industry since the advent of the
heated downdraft paint booth.
Haydell Industries is a fast growing company that provides the successful candidate with the
opportunity for accelerated advancement in a dynamic environment. The pay structure includes a draw
on commission with earning potential in excess of $100,000 annually.
The successful individual should have experience in sales, be willing to travel when necessary, and
have the ability to provide impeccable service to our customers. Experience in manufacturing involving
spray coating would be very beneficial. The successful candidate should possess the ability to
analyze a market segment and prioritize potential clients.
Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for contacting, negotiating and closing opportunities with potential clients
in a number of industries for the Nitrogen Technology. Experience in industries that utilize the spraying
of coatings such as Marine, Woodworking, Aviation, Industrial and Automotive is very helpful.
An established potential client base is extremely beneficial.
Job Description and Requirements:

- Has completed certified field training in delivery, installation and service of the Nitrogen
Technology equipment.

analysis and proposal.

The successful individual should have experience in spray painting either automobiles, wood, marine equipment, airplanes or any other objects that require a coating, be willing to travel when necessary, and have the ability to provide impeccable service to our customers. Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for developing a certification training program and providing technical painting expertise to the Sales Force during demonstrations and customer installations of the Nitrogen Technology. Experience in industries that utilize the spraying of coatings such as Marine, Woodworking, Aviation, Industrial and Automotive is very helpful.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsible for performing all technical painting as requested by the Sales Force or other members of the management team as required in demonstrations and testing.
Responsible for developing and conducting the technical paint training certification after the customer has contracted to lease our technology.
Responsible for identifying and documenting the ideal setting for our technology and any application considerations for the specific paint product they utilize.
Responsible for identifying the ideal conditions for all paint products through the R & D testing of our technology with potential customers, environmental agencies and paint manufacturers.
Responsible for assisting in the installation of equipment in the field as requested and resolving any paint technical questions as required.
Requires a thorough understanding of the Nitrogen Technology and applications.
Successful candidate has completed certified field training in delivery, installation and service of the Haydell Industries equipment.
Successful candidate has the ability to evaluate the compressed air capacity and quality required for the successful use of the Nitrogen Technology.
Requires the ability to communicate with upper management as well as painters.
Strong relationship building skills required.
